User Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
By booking a session on TRAINR, you agree to pay the full session fee upfront. Payment is held in escrow until the session is completed.
Refund Policy
Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before session. 50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before. User no-show results in 50% refund only. Trainer no-show results in 100% refund.
Dispute Window
You have 2 hours after the scheduled session time to raise a dispute if you believe the session outcome is incorrect.
Liability Limitation
TRAINR is a platform connecting users with trainers. We are not liable for physical injuries during sessions, trainer performance, or any disputes outside the defined dispute window.
